The Ukrainian food is characterized with large number of components. For example the traditional Ukrainian food – borsch – contains 20 components. The peculiarities have the thermal processing of the products of the dishes. As a rule, there are used several types of thermal processing for the preparing of the food (frying, boiling, stewing, baking). The rules of food processing are strictly held in Ukrainian restaurants, to reach the best taste of the national dishes. The recipes of the Ukrainian cuisine include the number of different fruits and vegetables, as well as meat, poultry, fish, mushrooms and berries. The most common meat product is pork. The meat is present in large amount in first courses, among which the major one is borsch.

In oligopoly may be produced as a homogeneous and differentiated products;
Overarching interdependence of firms, which occurs due to the small number of firms in the market;
Large entry barriers in the industry. Barriers to entry in an oligopolistic industry is quite high;
There is a full awareness of market prices and volumes.

«Made in Ukraine» – унікальний патріотичний проект, що існує з лютого 2013 року та досить стабільно розвивається. Він став доволі популярним і здобув широку аудиторію прихильників. Ідея проекту "Made in Ukraine" з самого початку полягала в тому, як прожити 365 днів, купуючи речі тільки українського виробництва (починаючи з їжі та закінчуючи побутовою технікою). Ціль проекту – зрозуміти чим ми славимося, що вміємо і на чому заробляємо гроші. Розглядається продукція українських брендів, створених і вироблених на території України. У випадку, якщо українських брендів потрібної продукції не існує, організатор шукатиме продукцію, яка вироблена з українських матеріалів і комплектуючих на підприємствах нашої країни.

Ukraine, with its numerous historical and cultural values unique recreational resources, can achieve significant economic benefits to the tourism business. While in developed countries the industry has become an industry of tourism, the Ukraine makes the first steps in this direction. In the world practice the concept of "tourism industry" includes enterprise infrastructure, meeting the needs of busy travelers, including service life, local industry enterprises that produce goods and souvenirs for tourists, goods and equipment for hotels, restaurants, cafes, and semi-finished and food and so on. A special place is occupied by the company in the infrastructure of hotel and restaurant facilities that contribute to meet the important needs of tourists as accommodation and meals.

Les gens ukrainiens aiment beaucoup les fêtes. Mais, certes, la fête la plus principale reste quand même le Nouvel An qui, pour nous, est la fête familiale.
Les gens ukrainiens aiment beaucoup les fêtes. Mais, certes, la fête la plus principale reste quand même le Nouvel An qui, pour nous, est la fête familiale. Comme partout, en Ukraine, il y a la tradition d'orner le sapin et de mettre sous celui-ci des cadeaux. Les enfants pensent que les cadeaux sont apportés par le Père Noël, c'est pourquoi ils "commandent" les cadeaux que l'on créé d'avance.

OVERVIEW: Ukraine has many of the components of a major European economy - rich farmlands, a well-developed industrial base, highly trained labor, and a good education system. At present, however, the economy remains in poor condition. Ukraine's economy is ranked 45th in the world according to 2008 GDP (nominal) with the total nominal GDP of 399.866 billion USD (2007 est.), and 8,624 USD GDP per capita (2007 est.).Ukraine is relatively rich in natural resources, particularly in mineral deposits.

1. Here are a few simple rules of etiquette that may help you out of trouble or embarrassment when visiting Ukraine:
2. If invited into a family home, it is traditional to bring a gift: a bottle of wine, a cake. A bouquet of flowers is customary. If you bring flowers - make sure it is an uneven number of flowers. If there is a child in the house, it is appropriate to provide him/her with a small gift as well.
3. Do not shake hands across the threshold of a door. It is considered bad luck.
4. When shaking hands, take off your gloves!
