Australia is the only country in the world that is also a continent. It is the sixth large country and the smallest continent. Australia lies between the South Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean. It is situated about 11 000 km southwest of North America and about 8 200 km southeast of mainland Asia. The name of the country comes from Latin word "australis" which mean southern. The country's official name is Commonwealth of Australia.

Capital punishment in Kazakhstan will benefit society and government: the crime rates, gang activities, mafias, cartels, and corruption will reduce and the war against drugs will finally cease; In addition, due to authorities’ weak enforcement of law, and corruption in every political lever, there are 500,000 drug addicts in Kazakhstan, which comprises 3.5% of the total population. The acceptance of capital punishment, or the death penalty, as a sentence for heinous criminal acts has been hotly debated across the nation over the last few decades. Thirty-eight states currently have death penalty statutes on the books. In a few states, the statute remains on the books though it has been declared unconstitutional. In some of these cases, the state legislature can either revise or rewrite the death penalty statute if it chooses to make it the law. Impose the death penalty or not is a very serious issue, let's look at arguments for and against.
