• I know there are many different kinds of managers: sales manager, personal manager, chief manager and others. And what kind of skills should have each manager?
• I think manager should have such skills as: a conceptual, an analytic, an administrative, a communicational, an interpersonal and a technical.
• What are the most important skills, do you think?
• On my mind, all skills are very important. The most important skill for top manager is the analytic skill, because we have solves complex problems. Also important psychological skill. It’s the ability to understand the needs and movies of other people.
• O.K. I know that all business people face ethical issues daily. What problem can be called primary?
• Major problem in business is a conflict of interest. Conflict of interest results when a business person takes advantage of a situation for his or her own personal interest rather than for the employer’s or organization’s interest.
• And yet, how do you see the perfect manager?
• The perfect manager it’s a person who has management skills such as: a conceptual, an analytic, an administrative, a communicational, an interpersonal and a technical skill. Also he must observe ethics because it’s the system of moral principles, rules of conduct, and morality of choices that individuals make.
