No one should be without a plan for managing its money. The plan is called budget. It is a way to get what you want most. To make the budget you should prepare a checklist. Your checklist should include your needs, wants and goals. Needs are the things you cannot do without. Wants are the things that you enjoy, but can do without. And goals are something to strive for in the future.
The second step is to estimate your income. Write down all the income you expect to receive in a week.

It is about integrating the needs of the organization with the needs of the individual.
An important part of career management is career planning, which shapes the progression of individuals within an organization in accordance with assessments of organizational needs, defined employee success profiles and the performance, potential and preferences of individ- ual members of the enterprise. But career management is also concerned with career counselling to help people develop their careers to their advantage as well as that of the organization.

Educated early by his mother, Taylor studied for two years in France and Germany and traveled Europe for 18 months. In 1872, he entered Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire, with the plan of eventually going to Harvard and becoming a lawyer like his father. In 1874, Taylor passed the Harvard entrance examinations with honors, but poor eyesight forced him to consider an alternative career. And he became an apprentice patternmaker, gaining shop-floor experience that would inform the rest of his career. He obtained a degree in Mechanical Engineering through a highly unusual (for the time) series of correspondence courses at the Stevens Institute of Technology.
