Nowadays terrorism became a new global issue. Threats from different organizations or groups who call themselves terrorist it is what politicians are trying to deal with, by increasing international security. Powerful countries are trying to put in order countries that cause danger for whole world by invasion in their lands, trying to change policy of that country. Thus it might cause death of innocent people.

Terrorism a political weapon with a long history. Traditionally, it has been used sometimes with success-in the service of revolutionary or nationalist causes, in localized conflicts. One of the distinctive features of the present terrorist wave is the fact that it has an international character and objectives.  In this way, international terrorism, as it manifests itself toady, is also a phenomenon of globalization, making use of its possibilities and means, with efficiency and profit, in its operation.¹

We may therefore now attempt to define terrorism as the deliberate creation and exploitation of fear through violence or the threat of violence in the pursuit of change.²

Contributes the illegitimate use of force to achieve a political objective when innocent people are targeted.

A strategy of violence designed to promote desired outcomes by instilling fear in the public at large.

Terrorism is always political, even when it also evinces other motives , such as the religious, the economic, or the social.
