Personally, I think that it depends on the type of the construction. Firstly, the old buildings shouldn’t be knocked down because of their historical meaning. They make it easier for us to learn about the past and explore the life of our ancestors. Secondly, all buildings were constructed for purpose, so now they’re all the part of an architectural ensemble that makes each city special.
